2025 Medicare Costs

PART A MONTHLY PREMIUM
Most people don’t pay a Part
A premium because they paid
Medicare taxes while working.
If you don’t get premium-free
Part A, you pay up to $518 each
month.

PART B MONTHLY PREMIUM
The standard Part B premium
amount in 2025 is $185.00 or
higher depending on your income.

PART C (MEDICARE ADVANTAGE)
Medicare Advantage Plans vary in premium. If you enrolled in a Medicare Advantage
Plan and are unsure of costs, please reach out.

PART D MONTHLY PREMIUM
The Part D monthly premium varies by plan. If your yearly modified adjusted gross
income was less than or equal to $106,000 (single) or $212,000 (joint) there will be
no additional costs added to your Part D premium. If your yearly modified adjusted
gross income was higher than $106,000 (single) or $212,000 (joint), there are
some extra costs in addition to your Part D premium.
